This little guy has his dinosaur roar down! He loved trading places with me on my little stool as we took turns roaring like a dinosaur, lion and hmmm... did we try clucking like a chicken, too? Apparently, he also has the modeling thing down, too. Such cuteness!
Are they not adorable?! I love when clients have a couple of different outfits to bring to a shoot, especially fun ones like the clothes these girls brought with them to our shoot at the Arnold Arboretum. Check out Miss O.'s very funky outfit from Boden, complete with green high tops!
I love this age! Mom handed her over for me to hold for a minute while she went to grab her blanket... can I just say, it's been a while since I've held an eight month old. Pure baby perfection. You forget how light they are-- and that new baby smell. I think it's finally hitting me that I'm going to have one of my own again soon. And then she got to eat Cheerios for the first time during our shoot, when I suggested a little snack to keep her busy in one of the chairs she was being photographed in. Her little face was so funny as she put each one in her mouth. Too cute!
"While there is perhaps a province in which the photograph can tell us nothing more than what we see with our own eyes, there is another in which it proves to us how little our eyes permit us to see." ~Dorothea Lange
